I cooked saute with the leaf of Japanese radish.
It was the cooking that I was taught by Mr. Parsley.
To conclude, it became nice taste.
I got the rich flavor of soybean paste(Miso ,in Japanese)
and the faint sweet taste of sugar.
It went well with rice.
Besides, I was able to cook simply, in a short time.
I will cook it again if I have an opportunity.

That sounds good!
Such cooking , that is, fresh radish dishes seems to continue for a while, doesn't it? ^^;
Finding organic vegetables is not easy.
However, you can easily use it.
You take great pains to grow organic greens, though.

Certainly.
I will continue to gather and cook a lot of radishes for a while.
My wife waits expectantly the next harvest of radishes.
I am going to gather some turnips tomorrow.
Making vegetables carries a pain a little, but gives me many pleasures.
