I got a Shungiku in my field yesterday.
I had a feeling that it was too grow a little.
After return home, I made a Shungiku seasoned with soy sauce, and so on.
At first, I picked an edible leaves and threw away a tough stalks.
Next.
I washed well them with running water.
Next,
I put them into pot with salt water and parboiled in hot water.
Next.
I took out them from pot, and washed them away with running water.
Next.
I cut in them proper size on the chopping board with kitchen knife.
Next,
I put them into bowl with soup stock, soy sauce, water and stirred them
with long chopsticks
Finally, I put torn laver into bowl.

I was praised the taste of cooking by wife.

昨日、畑で春菊を収穫した。
ちょっと育ちすぎかなと思った。
帰宅後、春菊のおひたしを作った。
始め、食べられる葉をむしりとり、かたい茎は捨てた。
次に、水道水でよく洗った。
次に塩水の入った鍋に入れ、熱湯で湯通しをした。
続いて、鍋から春菊を取り出し、水道水で洗い流した。
次に、まな板の上におき、包丁で食べやすい大きさに切リ分けた。
次に、だし汁や醤油の入ったボールにいれ、菜箸でかき混ぜた。
最後に、引きちぎった海苔をボールに入れた。

妻が味をほめてくれた。

It is very difficult to tell how to make cooking in English.
I thought that you challenged it today. I will try it, too.

You made Ohitashi, boiled greens with dressing, with shungiku which grew too much up, which used only leaves because the tough stalks were not edible.

You wash leaves well, boil them quickly with a pinch of salt with a pan,
soak them in cold water, squeeze them, cut into proper size on the cutting
board with kitchen knife, and mix leaves and seasoning, soup stock and soy sauce, in a bowl with chopsticks.
And next is the most important.
You tear nori-sheet, dried laver, into bite-size pieces, and add as an accent it.

This is a perfect dish! You did it.
