Fri/25/May/rain
It was raining all day long.
What should I cook at dinner?
Planning our meals has often been bothering me
So, I, sometimes, checked on menu by website or books concerning with cooking

終日、雨。
夕食、何をつくろうか。
献立作りにしばしば、悩まされてきた。
時々、料理の本やサイトで献立を調べた。

I watched on TV program (by DVD)
Harumi Kurihara explained about how to cook Bite -Size Steak pieces.

DVDを見た。
栗原はるみがコロコロステーキの作り方を説明していた。

It is difficult to translate cooking English.
I was uncertain of my translation.

Hi! Kura-san
It is a cooking class today. It's very fun.
Harumi Kurihara is Japan's famous housewife, who is very nice woman.
Her English, how to cook steak, is easy to understand.
By the way, how do you like your steak prepared?
rare, medium or well-done?
I like my steak well-done, which is one of my favorite dishes.

brown(=bake until golden brown 〜に焦げ目をつける)
to taste(好みに応じて)
Add vegetables to taste(好みに応じて野菜を追加して下さい).
finely- chopped(みじん切り), finely-crushed(細かく砕いた)
A regular steak looks better with vegetables, don't you think?
(いつものステーキが野菜を添えるとずっと よく/おいしそうに 見えませんか?)

Hi! G clef-san
Wow!
I was mistaken about "finely" as "finally"
I am ashamed of myself!!
>finely- chopped(みじん切り), finely-crushed(細かく砕いた)
>to taste(好みに応じて)
I got it.
I should have translated thus these words, shouldn't I?
>A regular steak looks better with vegetables, don't you think?
(いつものステーキが野菜を添えるとずっと よく/おいしそうに 見えませんか?)
How great!
You are also able to write Japanese very well as well as English.
I must study Japanese, too.
I forgot about translating the word “regular”

Though I hardly have a steak recently because of having bad tooth
I used to have that, before.
Especially
I would have that in Okinawa because of low- priced,
though that was tough a little.
I like steak well-done, too.
Thanks.

Thank you for accepting my comment willingly.
I have read her comment in a magazine recently.
She has said cooking words, even a little language, were useful when talking in English.
I think she is right, don't you? However, it is very difficult.
(よく / おいしそうに = よく or おいしそうに)

It's a good way for her to learn English, isn't it?
She is a great with cooking
So, she can get a lot of knowledge of English through her experience of cooking,
Moreover, she comes to study carefully English, I think.
Thanks.
